Ironwood has a solid track record of successful permitting efforts. Through effective communication we are able to assist in avoidance and minimization of impacts early in the project design phase, thus reducing the weight of future permitting and mitigation. We value a positive, constructive relationship with the regulatory agencies. Ironwood’s permitting specialists and project managers have experience in taking an active role in meeting with agency members, facilitating coordination, and engaging in the formal consultation process. We have successfully attained permits and agreements from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Regional Water Quality Control Board.
